Role Overview

As a Managing Partner at ELiN Partners, you will be at the forefront of expanding our global reach. This entrepreneurial role offers the unique opportunity to build and lead your own office while leveraging our trusted brand, proven methodologies, and extensive international network. You will drive business growth, cultivate client relationships, and lead executive search engagements that deliver transformative leadership solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build up and nurture lasting candidate relationships, understanding their personal goals and leadership needs in their next step.
  • Executive Search: Oversee end-to-end search processes, from identifying top-tier candidates to successful placements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing a diverse and robust client portfolio.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics, providing candidates and clients with strategic insights and innovative solutions.
  • Team Development: As your practice evolves, recruit, mentor, and develop junior consultants and researchers.


Qualifications


  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated ability to establish and grow a business unit with a clear focus on innovation, profitability, and sustainable growth. 
  • Empathic Leader: The ability to understand and share the perspectives of candidates, clients, and team members. An empathetic Managing Consultant actively listens, builds trust, and navigates complex human dynamics with sensitivity. This skill fosters stronger relationships, enhances candidate satisfaction, and ensures a thoughtful, people-centered approach to leadership decisions.
  • Personal Leadership: The ability to lead by example, demonstrating integrity, self-awareness, and resilience. You inspire confidence and foster a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
  • Communication: Transparent and open communication style with excellent verbal and written skills. You foster trust and clarity through honest dialogue and active listening, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders. Proficiency in German and English is essential.
  • Candidate Centric Approach: A deep understanding of candidate’s needs, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service to clients.  
  • Experience: A proven track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
  • Network: An established and influential network within the executive search industry and/or relevant sectors.
  • A Good sense of humor: Last but not least, A good sense of humor and the ability to bring lightness and perspective to complex situations.
